Information collected by the App Store when you make in-app purchases

The App Store acts as third-party payment processor for in-app purchases made within Mindframes. Any in-app purchase that you initiate will be processed through your App Store account and the App Store may collect payment (such as credit card) and other personal information about you in connection with such purchase. Any payment or other personal information that is collected by the App Store is controlled and handled by the App Store, and the collection and handling of such information is subject to the privacy policies and other applicable terms and conditions of the App Store. Mindframes LLC (also referred to as "we", "our" or "us") is not responsible for the handling or use of any payment information, personal information, or any other information that is collected by the App Store in connection with any in-app purchase or otherwise, or for any policies or practices of the App Store. Please review the privacy policies and any other applicable terms and policies of the App Store to learn how the App Store collects and handles your personal information.

We do not process any payments and do not seek access to any credit card or other payment information that is collected by the App Store. When you submit an order for an in-app purchase to the App Store, the App Store typically provides us with certain summary information relating to such order, which may include the item ordered, the Order ID number, the date and time of the order, the model of the hardware device from which the order was placed, the country, state, city and postal code of the person who placed the order, information about the status of the order, and such other information as the App Store may choose to provide to us.

No other collection of personal information

Other than information that the App Store provides to us in connection with in-app purchases as described above, we do not have access to and do not collect any information about you while you use Mindframes on your device, unless you choose to share such information with us at your own initiative (for example by sending us such information by email).

Information you submit to us & Unwanted submissions

If you submit any information to us via email, mail or by any other means, any such information will be deemed to have been provided by you voluntarily and on an unsolicited basis. While we strive to make sure that information you submit to us is secure, we can not guarantee the security of any such information. We therefore can not guarantee that any information you submit to us will be kept confidential.

For that reason, you should not send us any personal, financial or payment information, any patentable ideas or patent applications, any advertising or marketing suggestions, any prototypes, or any other information that you regard as personal, confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable ("Unwanted Submissions").
